It is with a grateful heart that I write this to you, our amazing VISTE volunteers! VISTE elves like YOU helped deliver 2,000 Thanksgiving meals, plus 450 Holiday Personal Care Boxes and Christmas gifts to our elderly clients – producing smiles from clients and wonderful holiday visits for all! Thank you for being a part of such an important mission. I personally made several deliveries, and I can truly say it was one of the best, and definitely one of the most memorable, holiday activities for me.
It is also incredible to see the number of items donated by individuals, companies, and other generous supporters during the holiday season. I hope you get inspired as you look at VISTE’s Facebook and Instagram pages! We post as many photos as possible to showcase and thank our volunteers! Also, in addition to much-needed of grocery items, VISTE volunteers dropped off hundreds of beautiful handmade items, including Christmas cards, throws, knit hats, and hand warmers. We could not be more grateful for ALL of you. THANK YOU!!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO ASSIST WITH VISTEBALL!
We are SO excited to be ramping up for VISTEBall 2023, and it’s just around the corner! Please contact me if you have worked VISTEBall in the past and would like to again, or if you would like to for the first time! We are looking for volunteers for the following days and times:
- Friday, February 3 from 1-4 pm – to help with setup
- Saturday, February 4 from 9-12 am or 11 am-2 pm – to help with setup
- Saturday, February 4 from 5-9:30 pm – to help during the event
NOTE: Duties range from decorating, to setting tablecloths, to serving food, and other tasks! Come on out, meet some new friends, AND receive a VISTE 40th Anniversary t-shirt as a thank you!
