Congratulations to VISTE Board Member Roger Snyder, recipient of the 2025 Judy Dobbs Leadership Award! The annual award recognizes outstanding service by a Board Member and is named after longtime VISTE volunteer Judy Dobbs. Roger is the president and owner of Dixie Signs in Lakeland, and almost all the signage you see at VISTE and our events is made by his company and donated to VISTE – including the “Community Wall,” frequently used as a backdrop for photos!
Last year’s Judy Dobbs Award winner, Bruce Phillips, presented the award in June. We were pleased to welcome Roger’s two sons who attended the awards ceremony at VISTE and work alongside Roger at Dixie Signs, as well as Jason Dobbs, Judy Dobbs’ son.
In addition to his service and support, Roger also has a personal connection with VISTE – his mother-in-law is a VISTE client, and he appreciates the helpful services and volunteer support she receives from VISTE. Thank you, Roger, for ALL you do for VISTE and our clients!!
